The Company
Originally Perlis Dolomite Industries Sdn. Bhd. (PDISB) was a joined venture company between Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perlis (PKENPs) and Pro Master Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (PMESB) with the share composition of 30% and 70% respectively. However on September 2013 PKENPs has agreed for PMESB to wholly own the business by transferring of their shares to PMESB. In return PMESB is request to pay certain royalty based on sale of dolomite.
Perlis Dolomite Industries Sdn. Bhd. was established solely to setup and operate a dolomite quarry in Chuping, Perlis under the lease land of 198 acres. The estimated reserve of dolomite above ground is 50,000,000 (fifty million) cubic meter of pure high grade quality dolomite.
PDISB is responsible in developing the company in areas of capital investment, management, operation and marketing of 3 products, mainly chipping, granule and powder.
The quality of the dolomite has been certified by Minerals and Geoscience Department Malaysia as the best quality dolomite in Malaysia, whereby the contents of magnesium (MgO) and calcium (CaO) are the highest in Malaysia.
